Commercial terms, export standards, and trade policies governing transactions with Narsuon Exim Private Limited.
By accessing narsuonexim.com, requesting proforma quotations, or executing purchase orders with Narsuon Exim Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us"), you ("Buyer" or "Importer") agree to be bound by these commercial Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all international export inquiries, price quotes, contracts, and shipping arrangements.
All price quotes provided via formal commercial proforma invoices or digital communication are valid for the exact timeframe specified (typically 24 to 72 hours) due to agricultural market volatility, ocean freight fluctuations, and currency exchange movements. Final prices become binding only upon mutual execution of a signed Sales Contract and confirmation of agreed payment terms (e.g., L/C at sight, Advance TT).
All agricultural exports (Spices, Rice, Pulses, Millets, Processed Foods, Fresh Produce) are processed, graded, and packed strictly to agreed buyer specifications. Products undergo rigorous Sortex double-cleaning, moisture analysis, and size grading as detailed on individual product spec sheets. Quality inspection certificates (FSSAI, APEDA, Phytosanitary, SGS) issued at the port of loading in India serve as official proof of product conformity.
We execute export orders in accordance with International Commercial Terms (Incoterms® 2020) specified in the sales contract, including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), or CFR (Cost and Freight). Buyer is responsible for import customs duties, local clearance fees, and compliance at the port of destination, unless explicitly contracted otherwise.
Export packaging is executed in food-grade, moisture-barrier multi-layer PP bags, paper pouches, or vacuum-sealed cartons (1kg to 50kg). Custom buyer branding and private-label packaging are subject to pre-approved artwork specifications and minimal order quantities (MOQ).
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including natural disasters, port blockades, government export embargoes, or maritime carrier delays. Notice of Force Majeure must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of occurrence.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with export contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, or resolved through mutual arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL international trade arbitration rules.
